These draft terms are reserved for the Overrrheat website and Coinfall. They do not yet form an agreement with users.
Game and store terms
Platform availability, eligibility, purchases, refunds, acceptable use, updates, and account rules will be added after the store configuration and game features are final.
Legal review required
Ownership, disclaimers, liability, termination, governing law, dispute terms, and company contact details must be supplied and approved by qualified counsel before release.
